Protection That Pays for Itself
An unsealed wood fence in Florida grays out fast and starts absorbing water with every afternoon storm โ and wet wood is where rot, warping, and mildew begin. Quality stain and sealer block UV fading and shed water, which is why a maintained fence can outlast a neglected one by years. Compared to the cost of replacing a fence early, staining is cheap insurance.
Every staining job starts with a proper wash and full drying time, so the stain actually penetrates instead of sitting on top of dirt and mildew. Then we apply a quality exterior stain suited to Florida sun.

Staining FAQs
When can I stain a brand-new fence?
New pressure-treated lumber needs to dry out before stain will absorb โ often a few weeks to a few months depending on the wood and weather. We'll check yours and tell you when it's ready.
How long does stain last in Florida?
Expect roughly 2โ4 years from a quality stain here depending on sun exposure and the product type โ solid stains generally last longer than transparent ones.
Can you bring a gray fence back?
Usually, yes. A proper wash removes the gray weathered layer and mildew, and a semi-transparent or solid stain restores rich color.
