Bring Your Property Back to Life
Give Florida's humidity a year and it will turn a white fence green and a light driveway black. Pressure washing is the fastest, most affordable way to make your property look years newer โ and it's not just cosmetic. Mold and algae hold moisture against wood and shorten its life, so a regular cleaning protects your investment too.
We use the right pressure for each surface โ a soft wash for wood and vinyl that cleans without gouging or stripping, and higher pressure where concrete can take it. It's the same care we'd use on a fence we built ourselves.

Pressure Washing FAQs
Will pressure washing damage my wood fence?
Not the way we do it. Wood gets a lower-pressure wash that removes mold and gray weathering without splintering the boards or stripping them bare.
How often should I have my fence washed?
In Florida, once a year keeps most fences ahead of mold and mildew. Properties with heavy shade or sprinkler overspray may need it a bit more often.
Can you wash and stain in one visit?
We wash first, then the wood needs to dry fully before stain will absorb properly โ typically a few days. We schedule the two visits together so it's seamless.
